Good solid operating mall. Friendly staff. Wide open corridors. Plentiful eateries. Ample parking, and an outdoor shopping/dining area. It gives me hope for the modern shopping mall.

Man, just like everywhere in the country, this mall is not what it used to be. Granted, I go to the mall once or twice a year, but was so surprised to go in and see so many closed stores. Mall in general pretty clean, but many closed stores. We go to Barnes and Noble regularly, and thankfully that is still good, but the rest of the mall is on the way out.

It's probably the most well-rounded mall around the triangle! It's got a little bit of something for everything. It is a lot less confusing to navigate than Crabtree is and generally has better stores and a better food court. I don't come here very often, but I always have a great time when I do!

Very relaxed mall. Quite a few shops are going out of business because the foot traffic is slower. I live the fact I don't have to deal with crowds, but the selection of stores is definitely an issue. I hope the owners are able to turn it around! But overall, plenty of parking, the necessary stores are there and you don't have to tackle a 30min parking job at crabtree!

I love going to this mall. I strategically park depending on what store I'm going to. This is where I go for my massages, Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Work and definitely a snack at the food court. The secret is to go on a weekday at a time it's not so busy. One thing they can improve on is adding more seating throughout the mall.
