About us:

The Marketplace Mall opened in 1982 and currently has 1.1 million square feet of retail space. JCPenney, Sears and Dick's Sporting Goods provide the anchor draw which is complemented by more than 140 stores, such as Banana Republic, Charming Charlie, TORRID, Gift-ology, Victoria's Secret, Land's End Inlet, Old Navy and other nationally recognized retailers.

In late 2014, both RPM Raceway (formerly Pole Position Raceway) and Field & Stream opened at The Marketplace Mall, marking the beginning of an exciting new redevelopment project. In 2015, TORRID and Jimmy Jazz moved into The Marketplace Mall. In 2016, Dave & Buster’s, rue21 and White Barn opened. On June 1, 2016 The Marketplace Mall announced it will transition into a regional outlet center. LOFT and Express converted to LOFT Outlet and Express Factory in spring 2017 to join already converted stores Aéropostale Factory, New York & Company Outlet and The Children's Place Outlet.

The Marketplace Mall is located in Henrietta, New York, serving as the focal point for Rochester's greatest concentration of retail activity. Located just three miles south of downtown Rochester and adjacent to I-390, which funnels traffic from every interstate in the region directly by the mall, The Marketplace Mall offers exceptional accessibility from both the metropolitan area and all other parts of the Greater Rochester area.

The shopping center also benefits from three surrounding colleges and universities. The University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology and Monroe Community College, all within two miles of the mall, represent a student population of more than 47,000.

The Marketplace Mall is owned by Wilmorite, a leading commercial real estate development and management company.
