Although it is no longer the only shopping choice in the area, Midway Mall and the area around still has many stores that are well-kept and have a wide variety of quality merchandise. The mall itself is still maintained well. An added advantage these days is that it is seldom overcrowded. Plenty of good parking!

Still like going to a mall! Somewhat nostalgic! Hope they can build business back up. A few good stores are left & a new power sports store opening where Macys was.

Ashamed this mall is pretty much gone. Times have changed with brick and mortar stores and people prefer shopping centers like crockery park where you pull up, shop and leave. Now if a developer would.create the same.concept but for mom and pop type unique stores where they can afford the rent that would.be.perfect

It's a shame that this mall has lost its major vendors with the exception of JCPENNEY. Thank goodness they're still here, love their store. I seldom come here anymore, if I do it is during the week and in the morning. The mall is always clean, and it is small enough for me to feel less intimidated, as a senior, compared to the bigger malls elsewhere. I am sure the local loss of several large businesses over the years outside of the mall has contributed to its decrease in size...steel mill, shipyard, Ford...
