A transformation of Laguna Hills Mall is underway to create a new mixed-use lifestyle center in the heart of South Orange County bringing together the existing communities of Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Laguna Canyon and Laguna Woods – “Five Lagunas.”
The redevelopment will integrate the existing mall and rejuvenate the property creating a walkable urban village atmosphere with apartments, new retail shops, restaurants, luxury theaters and services along with a one acre park and gathering places.
