I finally had the opportunity to explore the Dover Mall in Kent County, here in Dover, Delaware which is the Capital of the State of Delaware. First, I will say that this mall is comparable to the Concord Mall in North Wilmington in New Castle County, but it is just as nice. It's located near Route 13 on Dupont Highway and adjacent to the main campus of Delaware State University. There are nice stores here and the known anchor stores like Boscov's and Macy's. The food court is open and public restrooms are near the movie theater. I would recommend the Dover Mall for a quick shopping run and bite to eat at the food court.

I loved Dover Mall ! They have a great shopping center. First, one can go shopping from many different retail stores to please all taste and all ages. In addition there is a food court that can satisfy just about any palate. Last, but not least is a great place to go on cold days . There is warm food, shopping and walking to stretch ones legs and relax.

Since this mall has been around since I was a kid, the older stores hold a special place in my heart, but it gets super boring. There's the same variety of stores (Its mostly stores dedicated to appearence, not so much stores dedicated to objects), and even when there's space available for a new store, its always something I've seen before, something I'm not interested in, or something that doesn't last. I miss the toy stores, and the boardwalk fries the most. The smoothie shop was great too. I just wish things I liked stayed I guess.

The mall itself is clean and up-to-date. The bathrooms are pretty clean movie theater is nice. there is a good selection of stores and there is a really great security team. Typically things are pretty quiet here when I have been here. The food court offers different selections of a wide variety and everything seems to be up to date and clean there as well.

This mall used to be so much fun to go to. Now it reminds me of a ghost town. Stores are closing constantly. Most of the food selection is pretty good especially Sarku Japan. I hope the mall bounces back some since it is the only mall in this area.
