Biggest shopping mall in the capital region with a large on-site cinema. Quite a number of good eateries within the mall. Can get busy during the weekends. Good ample parking spaces but during the busy periods you my need to park further from the only store you want to visit. Good facilities within the mall.

Great mall, like how there's a rule now that kids under 18 have to have an adult with them after a certain time nightly even though there is still some riffraff around (cant help that I guess), and the stores you want are there. Plus it's the only Apple store within 100 miles of our home (annoying). Movie theater is great. Food court is "eh" but clean. Overall it's what you'd expect from a mall. Nicely done renovations since last time I was there, too.

I really like it here. It’s gotten much better in recent years but it still lacks that flare and attraction that bigger more iconic malls have. I do believe they could get that they just need to try a little harder

Never thought I would go to the mall for a concert. That being said, if I was blindfolded and driven around for a while, I couldn't have guessed I was at Crossgates! Jupiter Hall is a fine venue for a live performance. Good PA system. Dance hall oriented lighting but works well as they are computer controlled. I must say, first time at a live show that I could put my feet up on an ottoman and sip a Don Julio and oj! I would recommend you attending. My only suggestion is more signage out in the mall.

I have little use for 90% of what's in the mall, but it's becoming more about services than shopping. The addition of Lucky Strike Social Club, World of Beer, some good restaurants (I have a soft spot for the Standard), and other entertainment options pretty much redeems everything I don't like about the place. If you time it right and miss the crowds, you can have a pretty fun day all under one roof.
