Very clean family restroom. I know it.might sound off, but for someone like myself with small children it makes a world of difference. Especially knowing that they have a stall with a small toilet just for them. The mall it self is nice. Love the Disney store. Every store that we visited had wonderful customer service. Everyone was so polite and professional.

Very nice mall. Has a great variety of stores. Along with tons of restaurants. There is a few sports stores, if your looking for some NC state gear there is a store there for that. They also have a kids section where kids can run around and go wild. I would recommend this mall to anyone. There's something for everyone here.

It was a Saturday and everyone seemed to be shopping. Make sure you have a small car and/or nerves of steel as you carefully navigate the parking deck where passages are narrow and turns are tight. On the plus side, there are many shops here and even if you visit the same name store at say Triangle Town Center mall, I find that the selection is different and sometimes better here. Crabtree Valley Mall tends to cater to a slightly more upscale demographic in terms of style and modesty. I find that important when shopping for and with teens. There are lots of places here to eat and many specialty shops in addition to Bell, Macy's, and Sears.

The mall was clean and fresh looking. The custodians need to give better directions (instead of just saying over there or in that area), for people asking for them. Parking areas were well marked and cleaned. Folks at the information desk were smiling faced and looking for faces of mall shoppers seeking information.

Always clean inside, and that includes restrooms! Good variety of stores. Handicap accessible. In some of the larger stores it is sometimes difficult to find assistance. Always decorated for holidays. Friendly to community events such as blood drives.
