Chicago Ridge Mall is located in Chicago Ridge, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The mall offers great shopping at three department stores: Carson Pirie Scott, Kohl's and Sears, and includes a full-line up of stores like Aéropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Express, Forever 21, Kay Jewelers and Victoria's Secret. A Food Court, AMC Theaters and several restaurants such as Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings and Chili's are located inside and outside the mall.

This is a nice little shopping mall. They have pretty much everything you would expect in a mall and it is very well maintained. It's in an excellent location on one of the busiest intersections. The parking situation is not so great but once you are in it's a pleasant experience.

I was in the area from Ohio last week with my daughter and the mall was our last stop before heading home. Unfortunately, we didn't get to shop much because I made the careless mistake of leaving my phone in the restroom. I noticed it was missing within 2 minutes of walking out, but when it went back, it was already gone. That's where the excellence of the mall staff comes in. I went straight to the mall office (in the same hall as the restrooms) and asked if anyone had turned it in. No one had, but they radioed housekeeping and security to see if anyone had seen it, allowed me to use their office phone to call it to see if anyone answered, and took my daughter's phone number so they could call her if it was found. Then I went to the Verizon store in the mall to see if they could help locate it or deactivate it for me or recommend another course of action. The Verizon staff was also super helpful. Just before deactivating my phone, he called the security office again for me and the phone had been found. As I was leaving Verizon to go back to the office, I was flagged down by the mall manager and a security guard, coming from different directions, both looking for me to let me know it was found. The manager took me back to the office, where I met the sweetest housekeeping lady ever, who had recovered my phone from the restroom. She must have been on the ball and super-serious about her duties, because I hadn't even made it out of the bathroom hallway before she was taking care of business. I don't often hug strangers, but I hugged her. So while I can't speak to many of the features of the mall, the staff there went so far out of their way to help me, when it was totally my dumb mistake and they had no obligation to help fix it. And while phones can be replaced, it was my daughter's birthday trip, and they kept it from ending on a bad note, and I'm sincerely thankful. I don't recommend vacation disasters, but if you have to have one, this mall is the place to do it. Thank you to General Manager Steven Yee for going above and beyond.

I Like The Ambiance Of This Mall Too But Security Should Watch Mall Exterior & Interior Much Better Then What They Do, Especially After What I’ve Noticed! I’ve Observed A Man Pulling On Random Car Doors In Parking Lot One Early Morning & When I Informed A Security Officer, He Didn’t Seem Too Concerned; As If He Had A Rough Night Before. I’m A Disabled Grandmother Who Was Bullied There By Several Young Men Who Looked Like Teens & Also Once During The Christmas Holidays A Young Man With A Group Of People Didn’t Notice Me Watching Them Watching My Friend At Mall’s ATM(When I Left Out Of Hallmark Store)From Afar. That Particular Man Sneakily Ran Up Behind Her About To Put His Hand In My Best Friend’s Unzipped Purse Because She Wasn’t Being Attentive Or Paying Attention To Her Purse Wrapped Around To Her Backside Plus Shoulder. (She Has A Bad Habit Of Putting Her Purse Facing From Her Eyes/ In Hindsight) I Felt So Intimidated & Couldn’t Speak Up For Myself Or Her Because I Was Sincerely Afraid, Especially Since Security Basically Didn’t Seemingly Have Any “Pep In Their Step” At Times They’re Just Too Laid Back & Don’t Look ALERT! Luckily I Caught The Attention Of One Of The Guy’s Female Companions & My Friend As Well Before He’d Attempt To Steal Her Wallet Or Worse. I Had To Say My Friend’s Name Very Loud To Get Her Attention & Alert Her In Regards To Her Immediate Surroundings So She’d Be On Guard Since Security Personnel Definitely Wasn’t?!

Cool place to shop. Has most of the stores you look for such as H&M, Gamestop, Sears, and Forever 21. Food court has a wide selection but funny enough doesn't have a McDonald's. At the time of this writing the food court is getting remodeled.

This mall is great. Super clean and has great stores. I was there on a Friday and it wasnt as crowded as I thought it would be. They have so many options as far as food options and I love the smoothies. Very safe mall and most of the stores are pretty large. Especially H&M
