Decent little mall. Wish it was bigger being it's in a larger city but it gets the job done has a good little mix of stores but if you really want mall head to Buffalo you will be better off. Has a couple good restaurants inside but we dont visit thos mall regularly

The Chautauqua Mall's best feature is that has ample walking room and free parking. JcPenney and Sears are at opposite ends of the mall so one gets some great exercise if they want to shop both stores. There are a nice variety of shops that cover every need. Planet Fitness and 2 nice restaurants complete the package. We like to visit when they have special events going on and spend a few hours there.

Hardly anything left here. Good for mall walkers. There is a really good Chinese buffet and also a Five Guys though.

I just went to pick up an online order & had the best experience. Juan helped me as soon as I walked in. Went & got my order. Checked me out THEN opened up the packages gave me a bag took me aside since I can check everything. He then proceeded to help next customer. All with a smile and great enthusiasm. Thank u Juan.
