This was going to be a 3-4 star simply because the environment was going down and feeling unsafe, but in recent months they've stepped up and turned it around. Not as alive as it was years ago, some businesses closed down and remain vacant but certainly still a nice place. LOVE the Chinese food option in the corner of the circle food court closest to Charlie's Philly cheese steak.

While the stores inside the mall tend to be pretty good, the mall itself is abysmal (unless you like salmon pink, dull lighting, and poorly painted skies on the ceiling). For the most part, the mall itself feels empty and uninviting. Even on the days where it's generally "busy", it feels lifeless. The individual shops within the mall prevent the gas required to get there from being a complete waste, but if you're looking for a mall with some interesting, modern architecture and style, you will be disappointed.

This mall has seriously gone down hill. I drove from Cleveland to Akron to visit a particular store only to get there, see it’s name on the directory and realize it was closed and no longer there. In fact, there are tons of stores that are no longer open. This mall is quickly becoming deserted. It definitely wasn’t worth the drive. They need to update their directory. On the bright side, Auntie Anne’s is still there and their pretzels are still just as good lol.

We don't get to visit for and food. But there's a lot of great plazas surrounding the mall. A lil bit of everything.

It's a pretty mall but it's dead. All the shops are leaving, gone already or bankrupt and will be gone soon. They have maybe a few decent stores left but I'd rather go to Summit or anywhere else. Soon I believe it won't be a mall anymore. I don't think it has enough stores to even be classified as a mall.
