This mall has seriously gone down hill. I drove from Cleveland to Akron to visit a particular store only to get there, see it’s name on the directory and realize it was closed and no longer there. In fact, there are tons of stores that are no longer open. This mall is quickly becoming deserted. It definitely wasn’t worth the drive. They need to update their directory. On the bright side, Auntie Anne’s is still there and their pretzels are still just as good lol.

It's a pretty mall but it's dead. All the shops are leaving, gone already or bankrupt and will be gone soon. They have maybe a few decent stores left but I'd rather go to Summit or anywhere else. Soon I believe it won't be a mall anymore. I don't think it has enough stores to even be classified as a mall.

It's sad to see this mall start to head downhill. I spent a lot of time in my childhood here, and now there are hardly any stores that aren't sketchy. There are many vacancy and there isn't really anything to do here. At least they still have the carousel, or at least the last time I was there they did.

This is hardly a mall anymore. They rarely plow the parking lot, there are only a handful of stores left, and there are a lot of crazies walking around. The employees that work in these stores are great and you do find some genuine people every once and a while, but this place is going under really quickly. There are definitely better ways to make use of the land.

This is a dying mall. The JC Penney here at the center of the mall is still kicking, but both the Sears and Macy's have left huge ends of the mall vacant. The smaller chain stores this mall holds are decent, but better at Summit Mall. They do still have the carousel and a small play area near the food court. In the mornings, especially in winter, you can watch the walkers circuit the mall. One said that if you walk the nooks it's a half mile around once.
