I go there with my 92 year old father. He enjoys walking around for exercise and for a cup of coffee. The employees we run into are very helpful if my Dad needs anything. The mall is always clean and inviting.

Great mall with an excellent selection of stores. With so many malls failing, it is nice to have a good one nearby. I come here shopping work my kids. They have all the typical stores teens love. Decent food court as well. Bathrooms are decent and there is a family bathroom area as well. Staff is friendly. They have frequent events, such as bridal shows and the like.

It is an average mall. There is nothing bad. There is nothing great. I would have given it 2.5 stars if I could. It is the usual stores with the usual placement of seating and the usual parking lot. No one was unhelpful but no one was pleasant. It was not fun but it was not horrendous. If I could give it a one word description it would be "utilitarian". Or maybe just meh.

Wide variety of store's along with a nice selection in the food court, plenty of booths in the middle of the mall good place to kill time or burn mad money. The only place around that still has a Spencer's gift store. The restrooms are clean most stores still have a decent level of customer service. The finish line store is packed full of fast oriented individuals that actually want to help you find a pair of shoes to your liking, a quality rarely found unless someone is making a commission and that's definitely not the case. So my opinion is that the company treats there employees very well they are happy to be at work so that brings there customer service up to A rate level. The Macy woman's fragrance counter could use some help. You could end up spending 20 minutes waiting on someone to help you with your signature scent ( this is not good for them, when most scents at the Macy's counter are expensive) so to wait 20 minutes. To spend $130 on one bottle... Well you would think they could have someone there waiting on customers. And while we are on the subject of Macy's fragrance counter I want to not that Gayle (when she is there is very pleasant and helpful) but if she is not. You will see what I'm talking about.
